Boudin Heating Instructions
Do not puncture skin.
Microwave: Wrap one link in a wet paper towel or plastic wrap. Heat for one minute on high, or until the boudin feels spongy when gently squeezed.
Steam or water heating: Fill a pot with enough water to cover the boudin. Heat until steam forms, then lower the heat and maintain the temperature until the boudin floats or feels spongy. Remove from the water and allow it to cool slightly before cutting.
Barbecue pit: Wrap in foil and baste with your favorite barbecue sauce if desired. Serve with other Cajun favorites.
